That night was the most harrowing and grueling night of my life and I will never forget how soul shattering the experience was. I literally had tubes coming in and out of every orifice. The pain and depletion setting in from 8 days being heavily dosed up and not moving was immeasurable. The sounds from the other darling hearts there in the ICU was gut wrenching. The energy alone was dark and dense. All the while, the most incredible humans on the planet, choosing to be there for work, helping humankind back from the brink. Bless their souls. I will forever be indebted to them, their selfless service and their loving, caring, compassionate nature.
